BACKGROUND & EXPERIENCE

Principal Consultant at Elham Ali Consultancy

I'm the Principal Consultant at Elham Ali Consultancy and the Lead Human-centered Design Advisor at Pima County Health Department. I'm also a Doctoral Student in Health Equity and Social Justice at Johns Hopkins University. With 10 years of experience in human-centered design, research, and project management, I led digital health interventions in HIV, opioid use, and COVID-19 with governments, enterprises, and startups.

ABOUT ME

I've been a career coach and mentor for DesignLab, Gaza Sky Geeks, and ADPList for over three years to new students and recent graduates entering the workforce. I enjoyed doing strength-based coaching where I help you map your vision and your roadmap to get there. My process is led by humble and appreciative inquiry and nonviolent communication.
